Amount of marijuana on non existing plants

Dear fellow smokers.

I'm sorry if this topic belong somewhere else on the forum, but I don't understand dutch, so I didn't know where to post it.

I have some legal problems in Norway connected to indoor marijuana growing. It could be of great help for me if I someone could explain how the Dutch government have concluded that the amount of marijuana on non existing plants is set at 28,3 grams per plant. In Norway the court usually use 80 - 120 gram per plant.


If anyone could enlighten me, I would be very grateful.

I have read somewhere in an article or document that this amount was taken since this is what has been established in practice, they researched the yield of various busts and this is used in some instances, i am not exactly sure but i will try to find back the article

If we have a good administration of our illegal profit, Dutch justice will take away the whole illegal profit. If we don't have an administration justice will establish the average yield on 28,2 grams per plant. Just like Debiel said: there's a directive that's used by Dutch justice.
